Assistant Research Professor, Research Associate and/or Postdoctoral Fellow in the joint lab of Drs. Bellail and Hao - Indiana University

The Indiana University School of Medicine has exciting opportunities as Assistant Research Professor, Research Associate and/or Postdoctoral Fellow in the joint lab of Drs. Anita Bellail and Chunhai Hao in the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine.
The lab is investigating ubiquitination, sumoylation and their crosstalk network in regulation of cancer-derived pathways for developing of pathway-targeted new anticancer drugs. Recently, the team has developed new cancer cell drug screening models in identification of small molecules as new anticancer drugs targeting ubiquitination and degradation of cancer-driven proteins. The lab is currently sponsored by NIH/NCI grants.
Qualifications and requirements:
- We are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic, career-minded researchers to join the team at this exciting time in cutting-edge scientific research and anticancer drug discovery.
- The minimum requirement is a PhD degree in molecular, cellular biology, biochemistry and/or cancer biology for the postdoctoral fellow position.
- In addition, candidate who has excellent postdoctoral experience and strong publication records may apply for the positon of Research Associate or Assistant Research Professor.
